Rice porridge & curry is being served regularly in the evening to the patients and their bystanders at the Government Taluk Hospital, Irinjalakuda.
Annadanam to Sree Ayyappa & Nalambalam Devotees
Sevabharathi offers temporary shelter and annadanam to Sree Ayyappa devotees who normally trek during mandalam / makaravilakku season and to Nalambalam devotees during the holy month of Ramayana.

Medical Camps & Blood Donation Drives
Sevabharathi conducts Medical Camps & Blood Donation Drives and choose patients for further free treatments and provides platform to donate organs.
24 * 7 Ambulance & Freezer Service
The ambulance service was formally flagged off on 17th April 2010. The service is rendered free of charge to the poor ; whereas a nominal fee is charged from those who can afford.
Sambharam Distribution
Since 2010, Sevabharathi has been providing free sambharam to the devotees at Irinjalakuda Sree Koodalmanikyam Temple, Sree Vishwanathapuram and Chelookkavu temples during their annual festivities.
Sangameshwara Vanaprasthashramam( Old Age Home )
The old age home, a gift from late Shri. Vattapparambil Radhakrishna Menon was bequeathed to Sevabharathi Irinjalakuda to house & look after old people, either abandoned by their dear ones or orphaned.
Drinking Water distribution
Sevabharathi Irinjalakuda provides drinking water to the public near Irinjalakuda private bus stand during the summer season.
Land for the landless
On Sunday, 30th October 2016, Sundaran Pedikkattuparambil handed over to Sevabharati Irinjalakuda all legal documents pertaining to fifty cents of land at Chemmanda, earmarked for rehabilitating thirteen landless families from the poorest of poor.
Home for the Homeless
Sevabharathi Irinjalakuda is proud to mention that we won the acclaim of general public when we took upon the responsibility of constructing a 600 sq.ft. residential house at Chemmanda, Karalam panchayath for a destitute mother Smt. Usha, abandoned by her husband and having two children including a mentally retarded son and aged parents.
